I would like to bring to your attention a flambouyant youngster presumably residing in the United Nations. He is doing a great articulation of the modern fetal as we know it today. These days, this is how the media are even portraying the position. Its great work from the young minor, named Axel (an appropriate name as the fetal position is "axeled") :
